Project for the administrative franchise for Parque Marítimo de Anaga

Project for the administrative franchise given by Santa Cruz de Tenerife Ports Authority for building a marina on the coast of San Andrés, whose works can be summarized as follows:

• Design of a marina (free vertical dock, south vertical counter-dock, yacht tie-ups)
• Esplanades
• Urban development of the area (public services zone, commercial zone, public square, parking lot on surface and underground with places enough)
• Private nautical club
• Dry marina and ramps
• 185.000 m² urban spaces
• Nautical and fishing equipment
• Recreational and commercial equipment
