Project for the administrative franchise of Parque Marítimo Guayonge

Development of a basic project for building a marina, including moreover:

• Basic project for the access road to the port from Mesa del Mar through the back zone of La Arena Beach.
• Basic project for accessing the port through funicular and bottom gallery.
• Basic project for building a new accessing tunnel to the port from Mesa del Mar, linking it up with the accessing road projected.

Writing this basic project meant:

• Dimensioning the slope breakwaters according to the calculus swell
• Design of the docks with Xblocks units
• Dimensioning the esplanades surface for the port services (public services zones, commercial areas, surface parking lot, sailing club, hotel…)
• Pre-dimensioning of a submarine drainage pipe to evacuate sewage
• Coursing Guayonge and San Jerónimo Ravines, which are met by the future location of the port

Drawing all kinds of equipment (drinking water supplying, drainage, rain waters, mid and low tension, public lighting net, telecommunications…)
